To fill in the registration form, you just have to put your first name, surname, birth date and sex and choose if you are a Roller skater or a Ski roller skater. If you have a license, put the license number otherwise you have to enclose your medical certificate. Complete with your address, phone and e-mail address. Then choose the race you want and your category according to your age. |
You have to send it back before September 14th, with the payment in Euro, the license copy or medical certificate to the following address: |

At the bottom of the registration form, you will find a Parental authorisation that needs to be filled in for children under 18 years old. Here is the translation: “I, undersigned…………….(name) , authorise my child here above registered to participate to the RM3V events. He will be under: …………………(name) ‘s responsibility who will be present on the race. |
Please kindly note that we will refuse any incomplete form. Access to the race will only be possible if you can give all the missing information on race day with payment including the extra fees for on-site registration. The last 3 lines of the registration form are: “I hereby certify that I have read, understand and fully agree to the terms of the RM3Vregulation extract. I commit to respect it.” “I hereby certify that all the information mentioned in this form is correct.” Then you just need to sign it. |
